Prepare the Kataifi Filling:
- Heat the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shredded kataifi pastry and toast until golden and crunchy. Set aside to cool.

- Combine the pistachio crème and tahini in a mixing bowl until smooth and well-blended. Fold in the cooled kataifi pastry for a crunchy, creamy filling.
- Chop up one container of strawberries into bite-sized pieces
- roughly chop up one bar (6.34 oz) of Tony’s milk chocolate or any chocolate of your choice, then melt in the microwave in a glass dish in 30-second intervals while stirring until the chocolate is melted.

Assemble the Cups:
- Take the clear plastic cups and add a thin layer of melted chocolate
- Then, add a layer of the fresh strawberry slices. (about 2-3 strawberries, add as little or as much as you like)
- Add a layer of the kataifi filling on top of the strawberries. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the kataifi layer.

- Repeat the layers of strawberries, kataifi filling, and chocolate drizzle until the cups are filled. Top off the cups with fresh strawberries.
Garnish:
- Drizzle melted chocolate or Nutella on top of the final layer.Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and, if desired, a small piece of edible gold leaf for that Dubai-inspired elegance
Serve:
- Chill the cups for another 10 minutes to set the layers.Serve cold and enjoy luxurious flavors, nutty pistachio, and aromatic tahini. These cups make the perfect Valentine’s day dessert or a delightful treat for any holiday.
