This 15-minute recipe is very simple to make and packed with flavor! This chicken bacon and ranch flatbread pizza can be served as an appetizer or the main course for busy weeknights. Change the toppings to suit your preference to make a perfect summer dinner the whole family enjoys 🙂

With summer here, I do not like to spend hours in a hot kitchen preparing lunch for my family. I love making delicious flatbread pizza for a few reasons: all you need is a flatbread from Aldi, your favorite sauce, toppings, and cheese! This dish takes 15 minutes to make, and it works great as a meal paired with a salad or as an appetizer! This is my favorite recipe for a quick dinner my whole family enjoys!

This is my favorite meal to serve guests during a girl’s get-together, baby showers, or any gathering! It is a very easy recipe, and it is perfect for hosting 🙂

I love this meal because it has minimal steps. When it comes to dinner time, I want quick, easy, and delicious, and this chicken bacon and ranch flatbread pizza delivers.  My favorite store-bought flatbreads are found in Aldi. I get them in the bread aisle.

You can also use pita bread in this recipe instead of flatbread

  • bell peppers
  • pineapple
  • black olives
  • jalapeno
  • fresh herbs of your choice
  • red pepper flakes
  • parmesan cheese
  • barbecue sauce 
  • marinara sauce- this is my favorite pizza sauce recipes
  • artichoke hearts
  • Italian sausage
  • spinach
  • fresh arugula

Ingredients chicken bacon and ranch flatbread pizza:

  • 1 flatbread – Use good-quality Naan bread or flatbread. The flatbread is the base for the whole thing, so the better the quality of the flatbread, the better the overall pizza will be.
  • 3 tablespoons ranch
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese– it’s best not to use pre-shredded cheese
  • 3 strips of bacon- chopped and cooked
  • 3 oz chopped cooked chicken
  • 3-4 mushrooms – thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh tomatoes – chop and drain the liquid
  • 1/4 cup red onion – thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1-2 oz feta cheese– add as little or as much as you’d like

Preheat your oven to 425f

 Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper. Place the flatbread on the tray, then evenly spread the ranch over it. Sprinkle the cheese all over the flatbread. Then chop the chicken (rotisserie or cubbed chicken breast sauteed) into small cubes and spread it over the flatbread pizza. 

Add the rest of the ingredients, evenly distributing all of them over the chicken bacon and ranch flatbread pizza. Place the pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread has golden edges. This chicken bacon and ranch flatbread pizza comes out with a crispy bottom, a must in every thin-crust pizza! It is so good! My mouth is salivating as I am typing this recipe!
